Mental Health in the Workplace (CSP-NMF-086)

Mental health is now one of the leading causes of workplace absenteeism and long-term disability in Australia. The legal and moral obligations on employers are increasing — and the expectations on employees to understand and manage their own mental health at work have never been higher. Across 3 modules, you will learn about the Australian WHS framework as it applies to psychosocial hazards, how to recognise signs of stress and burnout in yourself and colleagues, how to have a mental health conversation at work, and what reasonable adjustments and support pathways look like in an Australian employment context.
